FedUp BBQ was born from a simple belief: Central Florida deserved BBQ that didn't cut corners. Jeyghson and Leandrea Long didn't start with a restaurant — they started with a pit, a recipe, and a family tradition of feeding people right.

What began at 1498 Good Holmes Rd grew into a full-service food truck and catering company that's now been featured at athletic camps, corporate events, and community gatherings across the region.
